REP Coaching is more than just personal training.

It’s about improving your physical health to improve your performance in your life to achieve the goals you want.

  • You'll be given an individualised program that include exercise tutorial videos and weekly checks that hold you accountable.

    This is best if you only want guidance with your training and you don't have much time to dedicate to regular calls.

  • All the benefits of Online Coach PLUS

    AND nutritional guidance, monthly check-in calls, support 7 days a week and up to 24-hour response time.

    Recommended who want the full online coach experience and to help you with your journey every step of the way.

  • 1 on 1 Personal Training on location*.
    60min or 90min sessions with expert guidance & feedback with all the benefits of Online Coach Plus.

  • REP Coaching is learning about how to make health and fitness as part of your lifestyle and understanding the demands your body needs each day to perform, and that is going to be different for everyone.

    While there is nothing wrong to have isolated fitness goals, we can tailor your program to improve your performance as a public speaker, music artist, business person, or as a writer.

  • REP Coaching is for anyone looking to take their health and fitness to the next level.

    If there is something about your physical health YOU want to change for your performance and life then this is for you!

  • REP Coaching isn't for everyone.

    The truth about achieving your goals especially in health + fitness is that progress is not linear. Setbacks may occur which may affect your progression.

    In particular REP Coaching is not for you if:

    • You are looking for a "get fit quick" scheme

    • You are not willing to put in time to work on factors outside of training (nutrition, sleep, mental health)

    • You have no time to reflect on your training and respond to your check ins

  • We will first have a free discovery call to discuss your goals and how we can help. This will be your chance to ask questions and see if the energy between you and your coach connects.

    If you decide to sign up we will then send you a health questionnaire form to make sure no other steps are needed prior to creating the program.

    Next we will develop an individualised program that you will have access to and you'll be sent a video on how to access different features.

    Your commitment is however long you wish. We are here to help you achieve your vision!

    Online coaching is paid as a monthly membership and In Person Coach paid per week.

  • Yes! While sometimes timezones can be challenging for booking calls, I am willing to work with you from anywhere!

  • Sometimes this can happen if you don't connect well with the coach. We want you to have the best possible experience.
