Cameron Neale - Head Coach

Health and fitness has been part of my life for almost 10 years. I started working out after recovering from pneumonia where I was in hospital for almost a week and lost 7kgs. I was already a skinny kid and I remember struggling to walk to the end of the hallway. My goal then was to never be weak again, and that still holds true today.

My first ever goal during my recovery was to achieve a single pull-up. After a couple of months of training (and no exercise knowledge) I achieved my goal and discovered a new passion. My passion for strength training helped improve my fitness, confidence, self-esteem and discipline which helped in many areas of my life including sports, study, socialising and my mental health. A few year later I became a personal trainer and then studied for a Bachelor’s degree in Sport & Exercise Management to continue expanding my knowledge about the human body and the capacity we have within ourselves to achieve incredible feats.

Throughout my journey, my vision continued to expand as I opened up my mind to opportunities and possibilities. However, during the final year of my undergraduate degree, I had an existential crisis. This point in time further changed my trajectory to now always live with purpose and be intentional about how we spend our limited time. This has inspired me to become a competitive athlete in Olympic Weightlifting, becoming a brand representative with Zero to One, cofounding the UTS Bouldering Society, moving from Sydney to London, and now studying a Masters of High-Performance Sport.

My goal for REP Coaching is not just about helping people get fit and strong, but about taking a holistic approach to help you turn your dream into a vision and ultimately a reality. There are no shortcuts to success. Only hard work, energy, mindset and having a strong inner circle of people willing to help you get there. I am looking forward to helping you become the best version you can be!
